As the seasons change, I send the winter clothes to the basement, and the spring and summer clothes return to the closet. It’s then that a wave of shame washes over me, as I become reacquainted with some of the items hanging there with the tags still on. There’s the blazer I loved in the store (and still do!), but never found pants that looked quite right with it. Then there are the way too long trouser jeans that I never got around to hemming. Oh, and the cute dress that was supposed to look great once the baby weight finally came off. Well, you know how that story goes…
