It’s my sad duty to report, however, that when we showed you those lego-esque Balenciaga shoes last week, we were but dipping our toes in the murky waters of hideousness – and those are waters which Balenciaga will not hesitate to plumb in their quest to make footwear.Witness these number, with their chunky chain-mail platform sole, their super high heels and their strange, crossover mesh straps. At least the lego shoes had some sort of comedic value. These? These are just plain fugly.
